Rule 3
Interpretation of this Regulation
(1) If an employee is offended by the interpretation made by an officer while applying any rule of this regulation, he/she may submit a petition to the Ministry.
(2) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), the explanation made by the Ministry will be sent for the information and guidance of the Ministry and its subordinate departments and offices.
